Our experience with you and PBI was the complete opposite. There was never a time where I couldn't find you or Debbie to ask questions and catch up on progress. Workers showed up as scheduled and kept the worksite clean, roped off and they were respectful to limit the "construction look" to a limited area.
The best part of all is our beautiful pool and decking was completed far ahead of what we thought it would be. We were done in four months from the initial permitting to final inspection of the pool, and that included workers having off for the holidays!

Initially, we received quotes from several pool construction firms. From the onset we liked the Pool Builder representative, John DeMarr. After the visit to our home he responded to many phone calls, answered all of our questions, but never pressured us to sign a contract until we were ready.
