Award-winning custom pools, built around your life.

Wow!!! My pool is everything I wanted! From the beginning to the end everyone from Pool Builders has delivered & completed exactly as planned with NO misunderstandings. I highly recommend Pool Builders to anyone who wants a pool with no hassle. My pool should be on the cover of a magazine!!!!

We decided to work with Pool Builders Inc. for our new inground pool installation based on their strong reputation in the neighborhood. Nearly everyone in our area uses them for pool projects, and our research confirmed that they have been established for quite some time and possess BBB accreditation. The salesman at Pool Builders Inc. assisted us in creating a pool design tailored to our needs. He took the time to explain the available equipment options, ensuring we understood our choices. Once the design was finalized, we received the plans for review. These plans matched our expectations, allowing us to move forward with confidence. The permitting process went relatively smoothly. After obtaining the necessary permits, Pool Builders Inc. began construction shortly thereafter. Their team was attentive to our calls, making it easy to coordinate additional tasks that were not included in their scope, such as fence removal and replacement, landscaping, and baby proofing. The project was managed efficiently. The scheduling of each phase moved forward promptly without any pressure or reminders from us. From signing the contract to being able to swim in our new pool, the entire process took just under six months. The finished pool matched the original design perfectly. Based on our experience, we would recommend Pool Builders Inc. They handled the permitting process well, consistently arrived as scheduled, and made coordination easy throughout the project.

We had an amazing experience with this pool company from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and honestly exceeded our expectations. From the initial design phase to the final installation, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and truly cared about getting every detail right. They took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. The quality of the work is outstanding. Our pool turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was always on time, respectful of our property, and kept everything clean and organized throughout the project. What really stood out was their communication and commitment to customer satisfaction. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to install a pool!

Competitive price, great customer service. The team was always responsive and helpful. They set the right expectations regarding the construction process and provided timely updates. Very happy with my pool and spa. UPDATE 5 YEARS LATER: Pool Builders continues to provide outstanding service. My spa started to lose some water, and even though it's way past warranty, Joh Delre (my pool designer and contact there) went out of his way to help us and sent someone at no cost to fix the leak (it was around the spa light). I continue to highly recommend them!

I had a fantastic experience with Pool Builders, Inc. They recently completed a newly pool built, and the results were better than we imagined. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire team was professional, punctual, and easy to work with. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and clear communication throughout the project. They kept us updated every step of the way, finished on schedule, and made sure we were completely happy with the results even after completion. Special thanks to all team members and crews for going above and beyond --they turned our vision into reality. I highly recommend Pool Builders, Inc. to anyone looking for high-quality pool work and excellent service.

Pool Builders built my pool 40 years years ago and and they have also built pools for my daughters. I had to replace a small plastic cap for an umbrella holder in my daughters pool step after 20 years. I went to Pool Builders and they still had the part I needed. It's great to deal with people in business so long. I continue to recommend them to friends

We have only the greatest experience possible with PBI. John Delray was our first contact and the entire project was completed from start to finish plus. Living in a new community and the rules and requirements were all known and understood and followed. The employees were professional and the best. We love our pool and hot tub and sundeck and our dogs are a big part of it. Maverick and Elon own it.

Had a pool built by Pool Builders in 1986, that is 39 years ago and never had a single problem. I would say that their product and practices speak for itself. If you are looking for a well made pool look no further. Job well done ! 👌👍
