Plan a custom pool close to our Davie showroom, with the home, outdoor living space and long-term use considered together. Explore a contemporary palette in the 3D presentation so tile, coping and lighting can be considered against your actual home.
Relating contemporary pools to your property
Your Davie pool begins with an on-site visit to gather measurements, photographs and the details that shape the backyard. We use that information in a custom 3D design, then review the concept with you at our Davie showroom.
A short material list, used well
Large-format decking, glass or porcelain tile and a restrained palette keep attention on the water and architecture. Fewer materials make alignment and workmanship more visible, so every transition matters.
Continue the architecture outdoors
The pool can align with doors, rooflines, structural columns and major interior views. Spas, ledges and raised walls are positioned as part of that composition rather than added as separate objects.
Modern features, carefully edited
A few deliberate features usually create more impact than a crowded collection of effects.
- Glass tile waterlines
- Fire and water bowls
- Sheer descents
- Colour-changing LED lighting
- Floating steps, ledges and raised spas
Designed for day and night
Reflective finishes, underwater lighting and landscape lighting are reviewed together. The goal is a pool that feels calm in daylight and becomes an intentional part of the evening setting.
Comfort belongs in modern design
Clean lines still need comfortable entry, useful shade, safe circulation and enough deck for real furniture. Those practical decisions keep a minimal design welcoming.
Simple control of a complex space
Lighting, heating, spa modes and water features can be coordinated through automation, making the backyard ready without managing each system separately.
Design options for your Davie pool
We undertake new pool construction and substantial structural renovations. Whether starting a shell or assessing an existing one, options such as reshaping, a spa and a sun ledge are considered within the full outdoor layout. Discuss the following contemporary pools options during your consultation.
- Minimal coping and flush edges
- Fire and water bowls
- Raised spa with spillover
- Glass or porcelain tile accents
- Colour-changing LED lighting
- Smartphone automation
Start at our Davie showroom
Our office at 5601 SW 45th Street includes an indoor display pool. Bring your survey, backyard photos and a short list of priorities so the conversation can move from inspiration to the practical choices for your home. A generous pool footprint is only one option. Compare room for swimming with the space you want to keep for a lawn, shaded dining or a separate spa. On a property with existing outbuildings or long access routes, discuss equipment placement and construction access early. Use the property visit and 3D presentation to compare the view from the house, the route to the water and the relationship between the deck and planting. A freeform pool can soften the layout, while a geometric design can organize distinct outdoor rooms.
